Behind the Friendship Sailing Past Penang

FUN! That's one word to describe it!

But of course, anytime you go anywhere you go with a bunch of friends (especially those like mine) would turn out to be a crazy time.

But to tell you the truth, I've never been much of a friend person. I mean, ever since primary, I've mostly been keeping to myself, afraid to reach out, I guess. Could be because I was shy; Could be I was convinced that friends aren't important.

Boy, was I wrong. Through my life, I've always been jealous of my mates who often hang out with each other and go out together. Maybe it's because I've always been living too far away from my school, or from everyone else.

Or maybe, I realised in secondary school, I wasn't trying hard enough.

So, I started putting in some effort. Trying to take the initiative. Knowing people. Remembering their names for once. (Yeah, I always had trouble with that.)

And honestly, life got better, especially during the SPM year, when stress levels are at all time high. Sure, it has its dramas, but friends will make your life better.

Laugh with you. Cry with you. Laugh at you when you cry. (Usually the latter occurs.)

Because in life, you can't take down bosses solo. You need allies with all their different abilities if you want to stand a chance in life.

So, I would like to say thank you to all my friends, new and old. You've made my life a lot more fun (and a lot more lame) and I salute you guys for it. *tearing*

Now, if only I could stop falling in love with my girl friends....
